I’m actually a huge fan of the Quaker Oatmeal box top oatmeal raisin cookie recipe. I used golden raisins in this batch, and soaked them for 15 minutes in 2 tablespoons of Bacardi Gold before mixing them in. Obviously, I also added the extra rum to my cookie dough.
